Ordering From The Creative Bath
- Always double check your order with your contractor or installer to ensure everything is correct and will fit in your project! (Specification sheets and installation instructions for all our products are available either on-line or through your sales associate.)
- A 50% deposit is required on all orders and will be applied towards the last items you receive.
- Delivery times for special order items are subject to the discretion of our manufacturers and distributors. Generally factory orders require a minimun of 4-5 weeks lead time. Please plan accordingly and be aware that unexpected delays are possible.
- Special order items cannot be cancelled or returned.
- Stock items can be returned as long as they are in their original carton and in saleable condition. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. We will accept no returns after 60 days.
- The Creative Bath supports our manufacturers’ warranty policies and claims procedures. We assume no liabilities for any labor or damage claims.
- All items ordered are stored for pick up or delivery at our warehouse - Danbury Plumbing Supply at 28 Finance Drive in Danbury. Orders stored longer than 90 days will be charged a warehouse fee of $50 per month.
- We deliver material on our own trucks. There is a $50 charge for each delivery made. Due to insurance regulations all deliveries are placed curbside or in your garage only.
- It is your responsibility to have someone accept, check and sign for your order upon delivery. We assume no responsibility for orders that you direct us to deliver without a signature. Please inspect your items immediately as all claims for damage or missing items must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
